I’ll probably buy a Volume 2. Mr McDermott really seems to know his stuff, getting into some arcane details of tax law. His described method looks plausible, and doesn’t involve any flirting with the law. My only concern would be that his method depends heavily on how the tax and retirement plan laws are written right now; any significant changes in that could undermine his approach. For someone ready to keep up-to-date and adjust plans as the laws change, this seems like a great way to avoid or reduce taxes…

This book is full of extremely useful, timely, and little known information. Generally well written (excepting a couple sections where it is hard to follow where he’s going and a few typos) and well organized taking you from the beginning through to more complex options in a manner that is both readable and understandable for anyone.
